Common questions

Which phones do the chargers work with?

Every power bank has built-in USB-C, Lightning and micro-USB cables, so it covers virtually every phone in the room.

How does the $25 hold work?

We place a $25 hold on your card when you rent. When you return the charger, you're charged for the time you used — for example, $5 if you return it within an hour — and the remaining balance is released.

What if I keep it too long?

You're billed for the time used up to the $25 hold amount. If you keep it past that, the full hold covers the charger.

Do I need an app?

No. Tap to pay at the machine. Scan the code if you want a receipt or a rental reminder.
